3. How to get an order?
1). Inquiry - Professional quotation.
2). Consultation - Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc, Sign the sale contract.
3). PI - Will send the Proforma Invoice for confirmation.
4). Pay deposit - Pay deposit and send us bank receipt.
5). Initial Production Stage - After sample approval, we will arrange the production & inform the estimated delivery time.
6). Middle Production - Send photos to show the semi-finished products . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7). End Production & Inspection - Send finished products and package pictures or third party Inspection.
8). Delivery the goods - Send the goods to forwarder's warehouse
9). Balance & B/L - Clients pay the balance before shipment or against the copy of B/L.
10). Feedback - Tell us about the Quality , Service, Market Feedback and Suggestion. We will do better next time.

Yes, you could choose the material you like.

Yes, we will show color swatch for your selection. You could also choose the PANTONG color you like.
3) Size can be made as our requirement?

4) Can you make the logo as our design?
Yes, the logo can be made as your requirement.
5) What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
Our MOQ is 2,000pcs per style per color.
6) What is your sample charge?
US$50/pc based on the product you like.
7) Will the sample charge be refundable after placing order?
Sample charge will be deducted if order quantity exceed our MOQ.
8) How long to make sample(s)?
3-5 days after receiving your sample charge.
9) What is the order lead time?
The lead time is 25-35 days (depending on your quantity)
10) What is your payment term?
30% T/T paid as deposit, 70% T/T balance before shipment. Other conditions are negotiable, such as Paypal, Western Union.
11) What is your shipping way?
By sea, by air or by courier is available.
